JONATHAN PELLOW, Estate Litigation Lawyer

Jonathan is a new associate at Eisen Law, who was called to the Bar in 2021, after completing his articling with the firm. Before his time at Eisen Law, Jonathan completed his law degree at Queen’s University in Kingston. While at Queen’s Jonathan focused on courses geared towards litigation and advocacy, including wills and estates, estate litigation, insurance law and motions advocacy. Earlier, Jonathan completed an Honours BA at the University of Toronto and graduated with high distinction in 2016.

Jonathan has experience in guardianship and power of attorney litigation, wills and in estate litigation. He is a strong advocate for the interests of the firm’s clients, throughout the course of their matters until a satisfactory resolution has been reached for clients, whether in court or via a negotiated agreement.

Outside the office and courtroom, Jonathan likes to spend his free time hiking, catching up with friends and experimenting in the kitchen.
